Pick up is on Friday between 10 am and 6 pm. If you are unable to pick up, someone may pick up in your place.
Please bring a copy of your receipt either in hand or on your phone, and confirm that each item is placed in your car before leaving.
We can no longer hold orders for the next day. Anything that is left on Saturday will be sold or donated without a refund.
Keep in mind that the produce that we get is often a field or orchard run. This means the farmers pack what comes off the trees. Typically, what you see in grocery stores has been well sorted through to give you all firsts. There is a high likelihood that some of the produce that you receive from us will be imperfect.
You can expect your produce to contain the whole spectrum of firsts, seconds, and thirds. Some bruising and scaring is normal. We strive to source produce from farmers who use little to no pesticides and fungicides whenever possible and farmers that will let the produce ripen on the tree or vine for a more robust flavor. Because of these factors our fruit will often have a shorter shelf life than what you will find in your grocery store. It must be enjoyed quickly!
Please examine and refrigerate everything immediately! This produce is perishable. Please do not leave the produce in a hot car while you run errands. If you leave your fruit in the box unrefrigerated overnight, you can expect an extreme decline in quality if not mold in the morning.
If you have a problem with your order, I need to know by Friday at 7:00 pm. Please contact Brianna via private message on Facebook with any issues that you may have.
Thank you all,
Brianna and Milan Weedman
